Cheer For Fun
Our recreational (cheer for fun) classes are perfect for beginners who would like to have a go at cheerleading.

In these classes, Children will benefit from..
- The basics of cheerleading including dance, tumble, stunts and jumps
- Engagement with physical activity and fitness
- Strength and flexibility skills
- Confidence and self believe
- Teamwork and lifelong friendships
- The chance to perform in our annual showcases and summer events
- The chance to earn grade certificates for their progress (optional)

These classes start from age 6 and up and take place at our Arnold venue in Nottingham​​​
ATOMS
U12 L1 Competition Team
Our U12 Level 1 Competition Team is perfect for those who are ready to take their cheerleading skills to the next level.
​
Athletes will train to take part in cheerleading competitions and experience the vibrant world of the competitive cheerleading community. You do not need to have experience or high levels of tumbles or flexibility to try out for this team.
​
Our Competition teams aim to compete at at least 2 competitions per year
​
This team is for ages 8-12 and takes place at our Bilborough venue in Nottingham.
​
Atoms train for 1.5 hours per week with some extra hours nearer to competition times ​​​
ECLIPSE
Senior L1 Competition Team
Our Senior Level 1 Competition Team is for teen athletes and above who are ready to take their cheerleading skills to the next level.
​
Athletes will train to take part in cheerleading competitions and experience the vibrant world of the competitive cheerleading community. You do not need to have experience or high levels of tumbles or flexibility to try out for this team.
​
Our Competition teams aim to compete at at least 2 competitions per year
​
This team is for ages 13-23 and takes place at our Bilborough venue in Nottingham
​
Eclipse train for 1.5 hours per week with some extra hours nearer to competition times

SUPERNOVAS
Open L2 Competition Team
Our Open L2 Competition Team is perfect for adults and want to be part of the cheerleading community
​
This team is perfect for beginners, university students or ex cheerleaders who want to come back to the sport.
​
Adults will train to take part in cheerleading competitions and be part of the competitive cheerleading community. You do not need to have experience or high levels of tumbles or flexibility to try out for this team.
​

This team is for ages 17+ and takes place at our Bilborough venue in Nottingham

Supernovas train for 2 hours per week with some extra hours nearer to competition times ​​
